The concert "Ballad of a Special military operation — Time has chosen us" was held in Moscow

On December 7, the Central Academic Theater of the Russian Army hosted a gala concert of the III season of the All-Russian festival "Ballads of a Special Military Operation — Time has chosen us." The festival is an important cultural platform, having a significant impact on preserving the historical memory of the special military operation (SVO), its heroes, as well as the difficulties faced by veterans, their families, volunteers and civilians. "We are rightfully proud of the bright, rich palette of musical compositions dedicated to the military pages of the history of the Fatherland, the exploits of our fathers, grandfathers and great-grandfathers. This unique, cultural, and spiritual asset strengthens the bond between times and generations, and serves the patriotic education of young people," Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the concert participants, noting the importance and relevance of this project.

It is specified that the festival is held with the support of the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives, and the concert itself featured compositions by active participants and veterans of the special operation, their relatives, volunteers who worked in the SVR zone, and eyewitnesses of military events.

Earlier, on December 6, a literary and musical concert "Victory with Orchestra" dedicated to the Heroes of the Fatherland took place in Moscow on December 6. During the celebration, the merits of the Heroes of the Fatherland in prose, poetry and songs were listed, and the results of several creative contests were summed up, including among the authors of works about the war.
