The second building of the New Tretyakov Gallery on Krymsky Val is closed to the public on Sunday, December 7, until 18:00 Moscow time. This was announced on December 7 by the museum's press service.

"The entrance to the Tretyakov Gallery building on Krymsky Val will be closed today until 18:00," the museum's Telegram channel says.

The gallery staff warned that they would be informed later about the dates of the resumption of the Karl Bryullov exhibition and the permanent exhibition "Art of the twentieth Century".

According to the press service, visitors who have interrupted visiting exhibitions or bought tickets for these sessions have the opportunity to hand in tickets or visit exhibitions at any time within 14 days.

The international cultural project "Days of the Hermitage", organized by the main Museum of the Russian Federation with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Serbia, started in Belgrade on December 6. The central exhibition was the exhibition "Peter the Great and Serbia". Special attention is paid to the Serbian associates of Peter the Great: Admiral Matija Zmajevic, diplomat Savva Vladislavich-Raguzinsky, military commander Mikhailo Miloradovich.
