Five people died during the construction of an underpass in China.

In China, an accident occurred at a construction site in Sanmenxia, Henan Province, killing five people. This was reported on December 7 by China Central Television (CCTV).

As noted in the article, the incident occurred on December 6 at the Sanmenxia-Xiaohan Avenue underpass construction project. During the work, a landslide occurred, which led to the death of five employees.

The construction company has already launched an emergency plan and is conducting rescue operations together with local authorities. The causes of the accident are being clarified.

CCTV reported on August 22 that at least 12 people were killed and four others were missing as a result of a rope break during construction work on a bridge in China. According to the TV channel, the construction rope broke on the Jianzhi Bridge over the Yellow River.
