The air defense forces destroyed five drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over the regions of Russia

In five hours, air defense systems intercepted and destroyed five drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the skies over the regions of Russia. This was announced on December 7 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"From 8:00 Moscow time to 13:00 Moscow time, five Ukrainian aircraft—type unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the department wrote on its Telegram channel.

It is noted that two drones were neutralized over the Belgorod and Tula regions, and another drone was shot down over the territory of the Orel region.

To deliver provisions and ammunition, Russian fighters are mastering powerful UAVs and building mini-logistics centers.

The Ministry of Defense reported the destruction of 77 Ukrainian UAVs in the skies over Russia last night. Thus, 42 drones were eliminated in the skies over the Saratov region, 12 more over the Rostov region, 10 over the territory of the Republic of Crimea and nine over the Volgograd region. In addition, two drones were destroyed over the Belgorod region and one each over the territory of the Astrakhan Region and the Chechen Republic.
