Kellogg named two main issues regarding the Ukrainian settlement

The key issues for resolving the Ukrainian crisis are the status of the Zaporizhia NPP and the DPR, and their resolution will be a decisive factor for further settlement. Keith Kellogg, special envoy of US President Donald Trump, said this on December 6 at a forum organized by the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation in California.

"I believe that we have only a few questions left, namely Donetsk <...> and the Zaporizhia NPP, <...> this is a huge nuclear power plant. If we resolve these two issues, I think everything else will work out fine," he said.
