"Three municipal districts, the Tsuntinsky district, the Tlyaratinsky district, and the Bezhtinsky site, fall into the shutdown zone," the report said.
At the time of 21:50 (local time, coincides with Moscow time), the power supply in the Tlyaratinsky district was restored. However, two more districts, including 55 settlements, remain without electricity.
