Singer Larisa Dolina announced on December 5 that she had decided to return the money in full to the buyer of her Moscow apartment, Polina Lurie.

"I made the only decision — to return to her (Lurie. — Ed.) the money for the apartment," said the actress.

According to her, this decision is the only way out. On the air of the TV program "Let them Talk," Dolina clarified that the most honest decision would be to return the funds to Lurie, since she is not part of the fraudulent scheme of which the singer became a victim.

In March 2025, the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow ruled in favor of Dolina on counterclaims by singer and customer Polina Lurie, as a result, the court recovered more than 69 million rubles in her favor as part of a criminal case.

On September 8, the court dismissed Lurie's appeal. However, the Moscow City Court recognized the legal decision on the ownership of the disputed apartment for Dolina, her daughter and granddaughter. On October 27, Lurie appealed the decision to invalidate the purchase and sale of the artist's real estate to the Court of Cassation.

On December 5, Lurie rejected the artist's proposal for an amicable settlement in the fraud case as unacceptable. It was noted that on December 3, when the Supreme Court demanded the case materials, Dolina's representative suggested that Lurie conclude an amicable agreement.
