- Peskov noted Russia's willingness to be flexible in resolving the conflict in Ukraine.
Despite Russia's clear position on the Ukrainian conflict, the country is ready to show flexibility to find peaceful solutions to resolve the crisis. This was announced on December 5 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"Now Moscow's position is quite clear, it is quite understandable, and no changes are expected in it. Although, of course, we are ready to be flexible in order to find a solution," he said in an interview with RT.
Peskov also pointed to a positive outlook for the dynamics of the Russian Army "on the ground." He expressed hope that the negotiation process of the countries will gain momentum.
Earlier in the day, Peskov said that Russia stands for peace and wants peace. He also added that peaceful means are rejected by Ukraine and European countries.
Also on December 4, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that the Ukrainian authorities need to realize that negotiations are the best way to solve Kiev's problems. The Russian leader stressed that Russia had tried to negotiate with the Ukrainian authorities as early as 2022.
