According to the opinion poll, 93.8% of Russians expressed outrage about the situation with the return of the sold apartment to the owner if the deal was concluded under the influence of fraudsters. This was reported on December 5 by the newspaper Vedomosti, citing a study by the Robovox center and the OnIn company

It is specified that the study was conducted among 1,100 Russians.

"Almost 94% means that this is a deep, archetypal total attitude of Russian residents, which consists in the fact that it is unfair to take an apartment from a bona fide buyer," the study says.

In addition, about 93% of respondents believe that the apartment seller is obliged to return the money to the buyer, even if he himself was a victim of fraud.
