Professional background

Andrey Andreev started his professional career at the age of 21 as an employee of a law firm. Having successfully gained the necessary experience, he passed the bar exam. Andrey Andreev has consistently scaled legal solutions for businesses and corporations, specializing in legal support for businesses, criminal proceedings and corporate conflicts.

In 2024, the college changed its name to the Moscow Bar Association Andreev, Kagansky, Guzenko and Partners due to a rebranding related to business expansion and changes in the organizational structure. The Board specializes in protection from criminal prosecution, dispute resolution and arbitration, bankruptcy and asset restructuring, structuring and transaction support, as well as major corporate conflicts.

Since 2022, Andrey has been automating operational processes within the company, focusing on the digitalization of law. Since then, Andreev has been acting as a consultant at the launch of fintech startups.

In managing the board, Andreev implements the concept of ethical standards, where profit is not opposed to social responsibility. Among the advantages of this strategy, the lawyer cites a transparent pricing system without hidden fees and mandatory mediation settlement before going to court.

Social activities

Andrey develops projects that combine legal practice with a social mission. Among the ideas implemented by the human rights defender are the Advocate Mentor program for young lawyers (internships with guaranteed employment) and the author's mentoring system for partners with a focus on spiritual values.

In 2019, Andrey became the head of the center for youth initiatives "Generation of Law", which conducts public work to identify violated rights and freedoms of young people. The Generation of Law has become an ecosystem of talent development. Among the programs is the Academy of Young Lawyers, an annual case program from corporate partners. As well as the EAEU legal hub, it is a platform for the exchange of best practices between lawyers from the European Economic Union countries, where joint initiatives are being implemented with deputies of the State Duma, members of the Public Chamber, the Presidential Council for Human Rights and experts.

Since 2021, Andrey Andreev has been an assistant to the senator in the Federation Council.

Andrey Andreev builds his business on the principles of spiritual entrepreneurship. His approach is based on high ethical standards and sincere concern for all participants in business processes - from employees to investors and partners. His management philosophy is based on three key pillars: respect, trust and creativity. This approach not only ensures successful business development, but also serves as an inspiring example for other companies seeking long-term success and social responsibility.

A vivid example of commitment to social values is Andrei's participation in the construction of a cell building for the brethren of the Church of the Ascension of the Lord. He talked about this project in detail in an interview. Andrey was awarded the medal of St. Basil, Bishop of Kineshma, III degree.

Expert activity and public position

Andrey Andreev actively shapes the country's legal agenda through regular comments in the media, participation in working groups of the State Duma on improving the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation regarding economic crimes and through educational projects.

The Philosophy of Success: the Three Pillars of Andreev's Approach

1. The law as a tool of creation

"Jurisprudence should not only punish, but also prevent conflicts. Our task is to create legal mechanisms that make business sustainable and society fair."

2. Balance of profit and mission

"Profit is an indicator of the quality of services, not a goal. When the client wins the case and the lawyer sleeps peacefully, this is success."

3. Mentoring as an investment

"Each partner of the board is required to take care of at least two interns. This is the only way to ensure the continuity of values in the profession."

Development prospects

Andrey Andreev's immediate plans include the creation of a "Digital Law Center" to support Web3 startups and the development of a standard for "Spiritual Entrepreneurship in Law" for implementation in universities.
