Starting from December 8, the Central Bank of Russia will lift restrictions on the transfer of funds abroad for citizens of Russia and friendly countries. This was announced on December 5 by the press service of the regulator.

"Taking into account the stable situation in the foreign exchange market, starting from December 8, the Bank of Russia cancels previously established limits on transfers of foreign currency abroad for Russian citizens and non—resident individuals from friendly countries," the Central Bank of the Russian Federation said in a Telegram channel.
