The Europeans are constantly making demands that are unacceptable to Moscow and are not contributing to a settlement in Ukraine. This was announced on December 5 by Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov.

"To put it mildly, the Europeans are not contributing to reaching a settlement between Washington and Moscow on Ukrainian affairs," he told the Zvezda TV channel.
