Russian President Vladimir Putin is trusted by 77% of Russians surveyed. This was stated on December 5 in a survey by the Public Opinion Foundation (FOM).

It is noted that the survey was conducted from November 28 to November 30 among 1.5 thousand adult Russians.

According to the survey results, 78% of citizens believe that the Russian leader performs his duties well as head of state. At the same time, the government's work was rated at 51%. 53% of citizens also positively noted the activities of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on October 24 that VTsIOM data, according to which Putin and the Russian military are trusted by the vast majority of Russians, are telling indicators. He noted that they are independently measured.
