Singer Larisa Dolina did not pay property tax for the disputed apartment, it was done by the buyer Polina Lurie. This was announced on December 5 by her lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko.

"Dolina, living in an apartment, did not pay the property tax on individuals (for the disputed apartment) from June to December 2024; Lurie paid it without actually using the apartment," the lawyer said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
