Former middleweight world champion Gennady Golovkin will be inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame (IBHOF). This was announced on December 4 by the IBHOF press service.

"The class of 2026 includes Gennady GGG Golovkin," the publication says.

It is specified that besides him, 11 more people will enter the hall. The induction ceremony for the International Hall of Fame will take place from June 11 to June 14 next year in Canastota.
