The State Duma proposed to ban the involvement of persons under 21 in work with tobacco, nicotine-containing and alcoholic products. This follows from the draft law, which was reviewed by RIA Novosti on December 5.

"Only persons over the age of 21 are allowed to carry out retail trade in tobacco products, tobacco products and nicotine—containing products," the document says.

The inter-factional bill will be submitted to the State Duma this Friday.
