Europe should have its own plan to resolve the Ukrainian conflict. This was stated on December 4 by European Commissioner for Defense and Space Andrius Kubilius in an interview with Politico newspaper.

"It's time for the Europeans to stop trailing behind [US President] Donald Trump and instead develop their own peace plan," Kubilius said.
