Moscow's Perovsky Court has re-sentenced former policeman Sergei Vedel (formerly Klokov) to seven years in prison for spreading false information about the army. This was announced on December 4 by his lawyer Daniel Berman.

"The court sentenced my client Vedel to seven years in prison," TASS quoted him as saying.
