Putin spoke about the lack of regrets about the decisions taken
On December 4, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that when making decisions in a senior position, he is guided by an internal rule: he does what he has no right not to do, regardless of the circumstances.
"I try to do what I consider not just necessary, but what I have no right not to do. No matter what," the Russian leader said.
During an interview with India Today TV channel, Putin answered a question about his regrets about the decisions made during his tenure in the top post. He noted that the question of what he could have changed in the past does not make much sense, because "what has been done has already been done."
The President stressed that in making decisions, it is important for him not only to be necessary, but also to realize that he has no right to act otherwise.
"This is the most important thing," Putin concluded.
