A neighbor of a man who was gassed in Moscow told about his hangout in an apartment

A tenant of a multi-storey building in the south-east of Moscow, who, previously, was poisoned by an unknown gas sprayed in the apartment, abused alcohol and set up a brothel in the apartment. His neighbor told Izvestia about this on December 4.

"People come to him with money, they live with him, then he throws them out. <...> Yesterday they had some kind of drinking party, they were violent until three o'clock. I came out in the morning and he was already wheezing and lying in the stairwell," he said.

The man added that the tenants of the apartment often relieve themselves in the entrance. As a result of such actions, the toilet bowl was repeatedly overturned, and its contents flowed to the neighbors in the stretch ceiling.

According to the neighbor, about six months ago, the man returned from prison, where he was serving a sentence for murder. Neighbors who suffer from his marginal antics have repeatedly filed statements against him to the police.
