- The lawyer informed about Priluchny's intention not to separate his son from his mother
The appeal filed by the defense of actor Pavel Priluchny against the court's decision on the place of residence of his minor son is not aimed at separating the boy from his mother, actress Agatha Muceniece. Lawyer Oksana Danielova told Izvestia about this on December 4.
She explained that the complaint concerns only procedural violations.
"Pavel had a deeply caring, loving attitude towards his children, as he acted in their interests, so he will continue to act," the human rights activist clarified.
Daniilova noted that the actor was categorically against appealing the court's decision on the merits and did not object to 12-year-old Timofey living with Mutseniece. She said that since the trial, circumstances have changed and the actress has managed to resolve differences with the child.
"I think mom was able to work on herself, she was able to work on her relationship with her son, and they're probably doing well now," the lawyer concluded.
Since 2024, Timofey has lived with Priluchny, but on October 18, the court determined that the child would live with his mother while the trial was underway. According to Danielova, the actor did not interfere with their meetings, but Muceniece did not take the initiative to communicate with her son. At the same time, the actress' lawyer claimed that Priluchny had "isolated" the boy from contact with his mother, and the claims that the child himself did not want to communicate with her were allegedly fiction.
On July 24, the Golovinsky Court of Moscow determined the place of residence of Priluchny's son and Muceniece with his mother. The meeting was attended only by representatives of the parties. Priluchny and Muceniece themselves did not appear in court.
