In Lipetsk, against the background of abnormally warm weather, daisies and chrysanthemums bloomed, buds swelled on honeysuckle and lilac bushes. In the private sector, carrots, sorrel and beets have grown on household plots.

According to local biologist Sergey Glazinov, quoted by GOROD48, repeated flowering of plants occurs, among other things, due to temperature fluctuations, drought, which is replaced by an abundance of precipitation, cold or warm previous winter.

The weather is warm in the region due to the extensive anticyclone. Cold weather and snow are possible in the Lipetsk region no earlier than mid-December. On Thursday, December 4, the daytime temperature in Lipetsk is +3 degrees.

Earlier, Mikhail Leus, a leading specialist at the Phobos Weather center, said on November 29 that stable snow cover would form in Moscow no earlier than mid-December. The amount of precipitation in the coming month is expected to be close to normal or even missing by about 10%.
