Sales of the T4 crossover of the Russian brand Tenet with an all-wheel drive system have started in Russia. The model is available in two trim levels — for 2.39 million and 2.55 million rubles, the company said in a statement received by Izvestia on December 4. Previously, the model was offered only with front-wheel drive.

The Tenet T4 all-wheel drive system connects the rear axle as needed and transmits up to half the torque to it, depending on the coating. There are six driving modes. The power plant has not changed, a 1.5-liter turbo engine with a capacity of 147 hp is installed under the hood, paired with a seven-speed "robot". Acceleration from a standstill to 100 km/h takes 11.4 seconds (for a single-wheel drive version with the same unit, this figure is 10 seconds).

The Tenet T4 has a 10.25-inch dual screen panel with support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and voice control is provided. The list of basic equipment includes LED headlights and running lights, 17-inch alloy wheels, a rear-view camera with parking sensors, heated front seats, mirrors, steering wheel, injectors and windshield areas, keyless engine start, air conditioning, cruise control, four airbags, ABS, ESC and a light sensor.

The flagship package features an expanded set of equipment: an electric mirror folding drive, front parking sensors, an all-round viewing system, heated second-row seats, electric driver's seat adjustments, dual-zone climate control and a six-speaker audio system.

In similar Active and Prime trim levels, the single-drive Tenet T4 costs 2.25 million and 2.38 million rubles, respectively.

The AGR Holding automobile plant in Kaluga plans to start production of the Tenet T9 crossover in 2026. On December 1, Andrey Karagin, the company's CEO, clarified that it would become the fourth model of the Russian brand after the compact crossover T4, the mid-size T7 and the seven-seat T8, which entered the assembly line in the summer.

On November 25, the AGR Holding press service reported that the AGR Holding plant in Kaluga, which previously produced Volkswagen cars, has produced the 30-thousandth car of the Russian brand Tenet since the launch of the assembly line in July.
