FT: Europe has run out of all legal tricks to seize Russian assets

Europe has exhausted legal tricks to confiscate Russia's frozen assets. This was reported on December 4 by the Financial Times (FT) newspaper.
It is indicated that European officials doubt that Brussels will eventually be able to withdraw these funds.
