Blogger Mitroshina partially pleaded guilty to money laundering

Blogger Alexandra Mitroshina partially admitted the guilt of money laundering. This was reported on December 4 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

She admitted that the money she used to purchase apartments was received from tax optimization. Mitroshina also did not hide the fact of the purchase of apartments and was proud of them, and all transactions were made through her personal checking accounts. By the time the criminal case was opened, all fines and penalties had been paid off.

Earlier that day, Mitroshina's house arrest was extended for six months, until May 1, 2026.
