Three people died in a truck accident in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
As a result of an accident involving a truck on the 1139th kilometer of the Sibir highway, three people were killed. This was reported on December 4 on the website of the Main Directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region.
"As a result of an accident in an Oka car, the driver and two passengers died on the spot from their injuries," the publication says.
It is specified that the Oka car, moving from the Irkutsk region in the direction of Krasnoyarsk, entered the oncoming traffic lane and collided with a MAN truck. Police officers are investigating all the circumstances of the incident, and an investigative task force is working on the spot. Employees of the State traffic Inspectorate organized reverse traffic on this section of the road.
On December 4, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ulyanovsk region reported the death of three people in an accident involving a truck on the M5 Ural highway. It is specified that the Lada Kalina car drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a DAF truck. After that, the heavy truck made a descent into a ditch, followed by a fire.
On December 3, the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia informed Izvestia that 245 road accidents had occurred on Russian roads over the past day, in which 32 people were killed and 304 injured. 26 of the dead were passengers and drivers.
