The lawyer spoke about the consequences of the Russian Armed Forces' request for the Dolina case

The appeal by the Supreme Court of Russia of the case on the apartment transaction of the performer Larisa Dolina is a favorable diagnosis, it may also indicate errors at the stage of cassation. This was announced on December 3 by Ivan Mironov, lawyer and chairman of the Mironov and Partners Bar Association.

"The mission of the Supreme Court is not only to correct individual errors, but also to form a uniform judicial practice in typical real estate disputes," the lawyer said in an interview with Lenta.Ru .

According to Mironov, in this case, the court intends to study not only the complaint of the customer Polina Lurie, but also all the case materials. After that, a decision will be made: leave the case in the archive or transfer it to the courtroom for consideration. In the case of the second option, the Supreme Court will check the legality of the adopted acts.

The Supreme Court of Russia will consider the complaint of Polina Lurie's defense against the decisions of lower courts that declared the purchase and sale of singer Larisa Dolina's apartment invalid. On December 2, Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation Igor Krasnov stressed the importance of making decisions that would not lead to the development of fraudulent and other illegal schemes.

In March 2025, the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow ruled in favor of Dolina on the counterclaims of the singer and Lurie. As a result, the court recovered more than 69 million rubles in favor of the singer.

Later, on September 8, the court dismissed Lurie's appeal. At the same time, the Moscow City Court recognized the legal decision on the ownership of the disputed apartment for Dolina, her daughter and granddaughter.

On October 27, Lurie appealed the decision to invalidate the purchase and sale of the artist's real estate to the Court of Cassation. However, the complaint was rejected. On November 28, the defendants in the Dolina apartment sale case were sentenced to up to seven years in prison.

On December 1, the artist received an invitation to participate in a round table in the State Duma, which on December 17 will discuss the legal mechanisms for protecting participants in transactions in the secondary housing market. On December 2, it became known that the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation received a complaint against the court decisions in the case of the sale of the apartment by Dolina.
