More than 400 passengers and 13 crew members were on board the Moscow– Phuket flight, which made an emergency landing at Domodedovo Airport. This was announced on December 3 by the representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency Artem Korenyako.
"The airliner was flying to Phuket (Thailand), there were 425 people on board: 13 crew members and 412 passengers — no one was injured," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to preliminary information from Korenyako, the pilot made this decision due to "engine problems."
A source from Izvestia reported earlier that day that the cause of the emergency landing of the Boeing 777 was an engine fire.
