A man died in a fire in a private house in the Pskov region.

In the Kuninsky district of the Pskov region, a man died as a result of a fire in a private apartment building. This was reported to the Pskov news feed in the regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

The fire occurred on Tuesday evening, December 2, in a wooden house in the village of Slepnevo. Rescuers arrived and found the body of a 75-year-old man with no signs of life.

The preliminary cause of the fire in the Ministry of Emergency Situations is called careless handling of fire. Six people and two pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire.

On November 30, a fire broke out in an apartment in one of the five-story buildings in Tula. As a result, two people died.
