The first resident of the Moscow Ryabinovaya 44 Technopark, built in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye area under the incentive program for job creation, has launched production. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Transport and Industry.
He noted that on behalf of Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, "modern industrial infrastructure is consistently developing in the capital." Ryabinovaya 44 became "the first specialized technopark in the city, which was created specifically for food industry enterprises," he said.
The area of the complex is almost 15 thousand square meters. m, after commissioning there will be over 300 jobs, Liksutov added.
The technopark specializes in the needs of the catering industry, including kitchen factories, catering facilities and restaurants.
The first resident to launch production was a company that organizes school meals. Other residents who plan to launch production include a chain of restaurant stores, a rosteria chain coffee shop and a manufacturer of dietary supplements.
According to Anatoly Garbuzov, Minister of the Moscow Government and head of the Investment and Industrial Policy Department, "the program to stimulate job creation plays a key role in the development of the economy, allowing the formation of new business centers and the creation of modern jobs for citizens."
This year, the benefit for developers who invest in the construction of industrial facilities has been increased by 14%, he added.
Residents of Ryabinovaya 44 can use such services as cleaning of common areas, room maintenance, technical support of engineering systems and round-the-clock support. The technopark is equipped with a video surveillance system, security and round-the-clock access control.
