Fraudsters can take the scheme from the "Dolina case" as a basis and profit from it. Lawyer Lyudmila Aivar stated this on Wednesday, December 3, commenting on the situation with the apartment of singer Larisa Dolina.

According to the lawyer, the Dolina case has opened a Pandora's box — now anyone can try to sell an apartment or a car, get money, transfer it, and then say that he was deceived.

Ivar expressed the opinion that the judicial system approached the case unprofessionally from the point of view of protecting the rights and interests of a bona fide acquirer.

"Many people are outraged that if a person is a celebrity, then he has ways to influence the decision in one way or another," the lawyer said in an interview with Lenta.Ru .

The Supreme Court of Russia will consider the complaint of Polina Lurie's defense against the decisions of lower courts that declared the apartment purchase and sale by Dolina invalid, according to the website. kp.ru . On December 2, Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation Igor Krasnov stressed the importance of making decisions that would not lead to the development of fraudulent and other illegal schemes.

In turn, Svetlana Bessarab, a member of the State Duma Committee on Labor, said that only the Supreme Court would be able to interrupt the "Valley scheme," reports NSN.

In March 2025, the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow ruled in favor of Dolina on the counterclaims of the singer and Lurie. 360.ru . As a result, the court recovered more than 69 million rubles in favor of the singer.

Later, on September 8, the court dismissed Lurie's appeal, while the Moscow City Court upheld the decision on ownership of the disputed apartment for Dolina, her daughter and granddaughter.

On October 27, Lurie appealed the decision to invalidate the purchase and sale of the artist's real estate to the Court of Cassation, but the complaint was rejected. On November 28, the defendants in the Dolina apartment sale case were sentenced to up to seven years in prison.

On December 1, the artist received an invitation to participate in a round table in the State Duma, which on December 17 will discuss the legal mechanisms for protecting participants in transactions in the secondary housing market. On December 2, it became known that the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation had received a complaint against the court decisions in the case of the sale of the apartment by Dolina.
