The We Are Together Award unites the whole world, and other countries follow the example of Russian initiatives and bring their best practices. This was stated on December 3 by Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova in an interview with Izvestia.

"Today, in fact, we unite the whole world, and the fact that from the point of view of the development of the volunteer movement, people come to us, take an example from us and bring their best practices is an absolutely confirmed and absolutely significant story of our country," she said.

The Deputy Prime Minister added that this confirms the importance of Russian volunteerism in the international arena.

"People think in terms of mercy and mutual assistance, salvation is the main thing for which volunteerism exists," Golikova emphasized.
