Business representatives were invited to the Academy of Public Capital

On December 1, ANO "Public Capital" launched training for business representatives. The goal of the program is to help companies become more socially oriented, increase their human resources and choose the optimal strategy.

"We created the Academy of Public Capital primarily in order to support socially responsible businesses that strive not only to make a profit, but also to contribute to the harmonious development of society and the state," said Asiyat Bagatyrova, CEO of Public Capital. She stressed that the training program is formed "taking into account the current challenges facing business, and covers the most important topics, allowing everyone to choose not only interesting, but also useful training."

The program includes expert webinars, online courses, and master classes in all areas of the Business Social Capital Standard, a national system for assessing companies' contribution to public welfare and socio‑economic development in Russia. In particular, the classes focus on caring for employees and supporting their families, realizing the potential of each person, protecting the environment and sustainable strategic development of the state, including technological leadership.

A Single center of best practices will also be launched on the basis of the academy, where companies from various industries and business segments will be able to exchange successful projects in the field of social responsibility. This will allow not only to adopt proven experience in practice, but also to develop their own initiatives, according to Public Capital.

In 2026, a 16-hour program from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics "Assessing the contribution of Business to Public Capital" will start.: the methodology of the Standard of public capital of business and its role in the development of the national economy". At the end of the training, participants will receive a certificate of advanced training of the state standard. Registration on the platform of the Academy of Public Capital is required to participate.
