The first tests on the introduction of a collaborative robot into the operation of a machine for the production of parts took place at an industrial enterprise in Khabarovsk. The robots have sensors, they are equipped with special algorithms that make it possible to adapt to changes in real time and perform all operations with high accuracy.

According to IA AmurMedia, with reference to Mikhail Goskov, a leading specialist at the Russian Scientific Research Center, collaborative robots differ from traditional industrial robots. They were developed for safe collaboration with people in the same space without protective barriers. Robots help to perform complex, dangerous and monotonous tasks.

In the future, it will be possible to free operators from routine operations, which will lead to a 40% increase in productivity at the enterprise, the agency writes. The cost of an hour of machine operation can be reduced by about 27%, and when organizing round—the-clock work without operator participation - up to 72%.

The project is implemented using methods of lean manufacturing and digital modeling. First, an accurate virtual twin of the robotic cell is created, and then its interaction with the equipment is honed.

Earlier, on December 2, it was reported that Russia is preparing measures to support domestic robotics. Manufacturers of technical devices may have their income tax reduced by up to 3%. Now the figure is 25%. Companies using robots can be given an interest-free installment plan for their purchase. The innovations are designed to accelerate the robotization of enterprises and overcome the shortage of employees.
