In Yakutia, two more ice crossings were allowed to operate across the Vilyui River in the Vilyui district and the Aldan River in the Ust-Maysky district. The ice has reached such a thickness that cars weighing no more than 3 tons can move along the crossings.

The carrying capacity of the Amga village – Chakyr village ice crossing across the Amga River has been increased to 5 tons, IA YakutiaMedia clarifies with reference to the press service of the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations.
