The State Duma adopted a law on the right of ITS fighters to re-education in colleges

The State Duma adopted in the second and third readings a bill according to which participants in a special military operation (SVO) will be able to receive a second secondary vocational education (SPE) for free in another profession or field of study. This was announced on December 3 by Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.

"The law has been passed. The issue of employment and retraining of military personnel after returning home is one of the most important," Volodin wrote on the Telegram channel.

According to him, the tasks of simplifying and speeding up the process of obtaining social support for SVO fighters cannot be completed without the active participation of the subjects of the Russian Federation, since it is there that benefits are implemented.
