While Russia and the United States are discussing ways to end hostilities, European countries continue to actively support military action, prolonging the conflict in Ukraine. This was announced on December 3 by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council.

"While Russia and the United States are negotiating an end to the conflict, frigid Europe is intensively promoting the conflict to the last Ukrainian," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

Medvedev also commented on the corruption scandal surrounding the former head of the High Representative of the European Union (EU) for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini, noting that the politician, who held a high post, "went into retirement." According to him, the head of the European Commission (EC) Ursula von der Leyen and the head of the diplomatic service of the European Union (EU) Kaya Kallas are also involved in illegal income.
