Finland reported unwillingness to provide security guarantees to Ukraine
Finland is not ready to provide any security guarantees to the Ukrainian side, but they can help with its organization. This was announced on December 3 by Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo.
"Security guarantees are a very serious thing. We are not ready to give security guarantees, but we can help with the organization of security," he said on the Yle TV channel.
In addition, commenting on the possibility of sending Finnish soldiers to the territory of Ukraine, Orpo said that Helsinki does not want to risk a "clash" with the Russian Federation.
