Ushakov announced the decision of the Russian Federation and the United States not to disclose the essence of the negotiations on Ukraine.

The Russian and American sides have agreed to keep secret the details of the talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin, special envoy of US President Donald Trump, Steve Witkoff, and the son-in-law of the head of the White House, Jared Kushner. This was announced on December 3 by Russian Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov.

"My American colleagues and I have agreed that we will not disclose the essence of the negotiations. This is quite logical, the negotiations were completely closed and secret," he said.
