Lavrov called NATO and the EU the reasons for the destruction of the military-political dimension of the OSCE

The members of NATO and the European Union (EU) have destroyed the military-political dimension of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). This was announced on December 3 by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

"It was the members of the North Atlantic Alliance and the European Union, and not Russia at all, who destroyed the military-political dimension of the OSCE. In particular, they blocked the entry into force of the Agreement on the Adaptation of the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe," Lavrov said in an article for Rossiyskaya Gazeta, timed to coincide with a meeting of the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers.
