Lavrov called the deplorable state of affairs at the OSCE site
On December 3, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov reported in an article for Rossiyskaya Gazeta that at the upcoming annual meeting of the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers, the Russian delegation intends to pay special attention to the genesis of the current state of affairs at the Vienna venue, and added that the situation is deplorable.
"Just a few days ago, on December 4-5, the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers will meet in Vienna for the annual meeting. Russia has traditionally been actively involved in the work of this consultative mechanism. This time, taking into account the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Helsinki Final Act, the Russian delegation will pay special attention to the genesis of the current state of affairs at the Vienna venue. I must say right away: the situation is deplorable," the article says.
