A few months after signing the contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), 11 soldiers aged 18 to 24 either died or were seriously injured. This was reported on December 1 by the Reuters news agency with reference to the fighters.

According to the agency, four militants were seriously injured, three were missing, two people deserted, one of the contractors fell ill, and the other committed suicide.
