Users of the Gosuslugi portal will now be able to receive notifications about doctor's appointments, application statuses and fines via the national messenger MAX. This was announced on December 2 by the messenger's press service.

It is noted that all notifications will be collected in one place — in the Gosuslugi chatbot inside the messenger. You can also use it to pay fines immediately without leaving the app, and the payment notification will also be sent to the same chat.

To enable the service, it is necessary that the accounts in MAX and on Gosuslugi are linked to the same phone number. It is also specified that users will be able to independently configure the list of notification types that will be sent to the messenger in their personal account on the Gosuslug portal.
