More than 180 events were held in Moscow to mark the Day of the Young Voter

In honor of the Young Voter's Day, more than 180 events were held in Moscow from September 1 to November 30.: forums, round tables, lectures, business games and quizzes. They were visited by over 10,000 people, the metropolitan Department of Territorial Executive authorities said.

According to its head Marina Prozorova, one of the main events was the forum of the Youth Electoral Club of Moscow. "It was devoted to various aspects of electoral processes. The participants tested electronic voting terminals and VR simulators for training members of election commissions, talked with experts and attended a plenary session," Prozorova said.

Educational programs were organized in all districts of the city. So, in Zelenograd, an intellectual quiz "Your choice" was held with questions on the history of electoral law and the voting procedure. A business game about electoral processes was held in the Southern District, with the participation of chairmen of territorial election commissions and deputies of the Moscow City Duma. In the Eastern District, the dialogue with youth continued at the conference "Electoral System: from A to Z", which brought together experts and young parliamentarians.
