Traffic restrictions were introduced on sections of highways in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug due to worsening weather conditions. Drivers are asked to observe the speed limit.

According to the <url> news agency, freezing rain is expected in the region. The wind will increase, while the air temperature will drop. On the Nyagan — Talinka and Khanty-Mansiysk — Talinka — Sovetsky roads, the permitted speed of transport will be reduced to 70 km/h. A similar restriction applies to the Nyagan— Priobye and Sovetsky—Nyagan road sections.

In Vyborg, by 2027, restrictions on the movement of cars on weekends and holidays in the city center may be introduced. The first step to this will be the installation of special cameras that monitor the flow of traffic.
