The former president of Ukraine and chairman of the European Solidarity party, Petro Poroshenko (listed as a terrorist and extremist by Rosfinmonitoring), before the Verkhovna Rada began blocking the podium, threatened to start naming the names of the former head of the office of President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, Andrei Ermak, and Ukrainian businessman Timur Mindich.

"It is urgently necessary to remove from the government all the defendants in the Ermak-Mindich tapes. Next time during my speech, I will start mentioning the names of the defendants. Don't bring it to this," Poroshenko said.

He also added that Kiev is currently in a triple crisis.: the situation on the frontline, the corruption scandal and the situation in relations with partners in conflict resolution.

On the same day, Zoltan Koshkovich, an analyst at the Hungarian Center for Fundamental Rights, suggested that Zelensky might stay in Ireland, where he has an official visit scheduled, due to a new investigation by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU).

On December 1, the Ukrainian edition of "Public" reported that Mindich, who is considered the head of a corruption scheme, had been given a preventive measure in the form of detention in absentia. It was noted that Mindich's case could now be transferred to Interpol for his detention, including when crossing the border.

Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexei Goncharenko (listed in the Russian Federation as a terrorist and extremist), in turn, said that Ukrainian border guards had received an order banning the ex-head of the office of the President of Ukraine, Andrei Ermak, from leaving the country.
