Russian President Vladimir Putin has awarded People's Artist of the RSFSR Nadezhda Babkina the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, first Class. The relevant decree was published on December 2 on the official Internet portal of legal information.

In addition, the President awarded TV presenter and media manager Tina Kandelaki with the Order of Alexander Nevsky, and actress Nonna Grishaeva with the Order of Merit in Culture and Art.
