American emo rapper Poorstacy has died at the age of 26.
American rap artist Poorstacy (real name Carlito Milfort), died in Palm Beach (Florida) at the age of 26, TMZ portal reported on December 2, citing police data.
It is known that Poorstacy checked into a hotel in Boca Raton on the southeast coast of the state and spent ten days there. There was a woman and a child with him. A hotel employee told TMZ that on Saturday morning, November 29, the performer was taken to a local hospital for emergency medical care.
"The cause of death is unclear, but users who leave comments on Poorstacy's latest Instagram post (owned by Meta, is recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation. — Ed.), we are convinced that he could have committed suicide," the newspaper writes.
As TMZ pointed out, Carlito Milforta was an up-and—coming artist from Palm Beach who mixed different genres - emo rap, punk rock and punk rap. His biggest work was participating in the recording of the soundtrack to the film "Bill and Ted are Back in Business", which became a Grammy Award nominee. As well as several collaborations with musician and producer Travis Barker, best known as the drummer of the band Blink-182. The most popular of them is the song Choose Life.
