Le Soir: Federica Mogherini detained on suspicion of fraud

Former head of the European Diplomacy and rector of the College of Europe Federica Mogherini has been detained in Belgium in a fraud case related to an EU-funded diplomatic training program. This was reported on December 2 by the newspaper Le Soir.
