The Armed Forces of the Philippines are checking the accuracy of information about the recruitment of citizens into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on December 2 by the representative of the department, Colonel Francel Margaret Padilla.

"We should note that disinformation is often disseminated in the modern information space, so it is extremely important for us to remain vigilant and, of course, be careful in evaluating these statements," she said during a press conference.
